Removed write_source_list and just add multi-arch sources to guest's sources.list. We don't want to modify the original sources.list too much.

* Remove -c from distro-info. Option doesn't exist on Oneiric
* Check if distro-info is installed and exit if it is not.
* Removed waiting period on start. LP:#1007483 only affects lxc-create
