* bin/setup-jenkins.py:
  - use distro-info to determine the current dev release
  - Evaluate checksum url for stable releases and update config files accordingly

bin/setup-jenkins.py: Added support for ChildProjects.
  To use childprojects the config.yaml must contains the key 'childprojects' which value is an array of projects. There is a limitation currently, it is not possible to use projects outside of the scope of the current release/variant/arch as project's names are expanded with these values.

  - Fixed search path for templates to execute from anywhere
* Fixed templates from desktop and alternate:
  - trigger syntax was incompatible with current version of jenkins
