Discussed on IRC, we might want to split the different QML plugins into:

qml-module-ubuntu-components
qml-module-ubuntu-layouts
qml-module-ubuntu-performancemetrics
qml-module-ubuntu-test

The same Replaces: qtdeclarative5-ubuntu-ui-toolkit-plugin to all of the new packages and dependency to the new packages from the transitional one.
