Allow to edit minimal themes. Better info is shown when the theme is not compatiable

Delete tmp file for current theme. We don't need junch after the use of the config.

Fixed small bug with showing apply button instead of save on themes that has the same name as the current one but are with lower priority e.g. root installed ones.

Updated the package so that it could be properly builded.

* Apply button (and icon) instead of Save if you are using the theme you are editing.
  If not you have the Save button and a save icon.
* Fixed terminal warnings by separating the glade file into 3 parts.
* Enable/disable Revert and Save(Apply) buttons depending on the context.
