Merge lp:~ubuntu-mate-dev/indicator-session/mate-compatibility into lp:indicator-session

list extra recommends alternatives to gnome components

MATE proxies or shares the GNOME namespaces for session management. indicator-session is therefore MATE compatible without requiring any code changes.

This merge proposal adds mate-control-center to the Recommends: to prevent unnecessary Unity or GNOME components being seeded in Ubuntu MATE.

dput into yakkety. I cannot merge this as ~ubuntu-core-dev does not have access to the branch, and the CI train barfs because the previous version in yakkety hasn't been applied to the branch either.
