Description of the Change

This merge proposal corrects the resolution of ubuntu-mate.png which is currently 640x480. With this merge proposal ubuntu-mate.png is now 639x320, just like the other flavours. The Ubuntu MATE logo and accessibility icon have also been made more clear and easier to read.
