Merge lp:~ubuntu-mate-dev/debian-cd/ubuntu-mate-fix into lp:~ubuntu-cdimage/debian-cd/ubuntu

Some of the images for Ubuntu MATE have incorrect colour depth and a not being displayed at all. Please merge this proposal for the 15.10 Release Candidate.

Comparing with the Ubuntu GNOME images, that work, these changes are consistent.
