mate.ini: Fixes flickery thumbnails
Description of the Change
Ubuntu MATE users have observed the Compiz thumbnails flicker while fading in and also have a black background rather than a shadow, as used in Windows and Menus. This merge proposal makes the thumbnails consistent with the rest of the desktop. Closes (LP: #1567354)
