UBUNTU: Packaging: Breaks unfixed iscsitarget versions

In linux-4.4.0-84, we backported commit
2da62906b1e298695e1bb725927041cd59942c98 ("[net] drop 'size' argument of
sock_recvmsg()"), which breaks building iscsitarget-dkms.

iscsitarget was fixed to build with this new kernel, but we need to add
a Breaks with older versions.

UBUNTU: [Config] Disable CONFIG_I2C_THUNDERX

The support for IPMI system interface on Cavium ThunderX (bug #1688132)
has been added to Xenial kernel as a module compiled for arm64, so the
config for the -snapdragon kernel needs to be updated to explicitly
disable this module, otherwise the -snapdragon package build fails.
