Upstream stable changed the arguments to get_user_pages() with
stable version 4.4.168. virtualbox-dksm and the nvidia-*
drivers have to be updated to keep compiling.

UBUNTU: convert linux-signed* into transitional packages

Convert the current linux-signed* packages into links to the corresponding
primary package. For the moment do not mark them as transitional so we
do not lose the installation of them until we are confident we will not
need them again.
