New directory for extra snap fontconfig file

To be in sync with this commit:

At the refresh of a Firefox snap, which is tracking
latest/stable/ubuntu-23.10, the new directory will be written to
~/snap/firefox/current/.config/fontconfig/fonts.conf provided that the
installed gnome-42-2204 snap is revision 126 or higher.
