Drop split-out gstreamer packages

Since touch is orphaned, we're planning to drop this bit of delta in gstreamer & so these will pull in all of -bad/-ugly, which we don't want.

platform.zesty -> platform.artful

Drop gir1.2-ubuntu-app-launch-2 from touch-core

This package no longer exists, and dobey tells me it's not needed any more.

touch-core: remove click-apparmor and apparmor-easyprof-ubuntu in preparation
for their removal from the archive

Remove the unneeded unity-scope-click and qml-module-qtpurchasing from the seeds.

sdk-libs: Replace libqt5keychain0 with libqt5keychain1

Add snapd to the touch seeds.

platform.yakkety -> platform.zesty

Add qtubuntu-appmenutheme for proper app menu support.
