Fix apparent typo in error message

is-not-revoked: Support vmlinux.gz files as used on arm64.

Fix arm64 issues due to hardcoding "x64" as the EFI architecture.

postinst: move supported efiarch list into a variable at the top

Check that our current kernel and every newer one has not been revoked

This corrects the logic to match grub-check-signatures

Add an is-not-revoked helper script that fails if any arguments are unsigned
