* New upstream release. Upstream is almost ready with 0.9.6, but
  not quite. However, since we have RC bugs open which are fixed in
  0.9.6, upload this snapshot for now. We'll upload the full 0.9.6
  once that's ready. Closes: #778038, #769690.
* debian/rules: remove override_dh_autoreconf target (no longer relevant due
  to upstream changes)
* debian/libola*.install: remove reference to /usr/lib/*/olad which no longer
  exists.
* debian/rules: add --parallel
* Incorporate NMU.
  - Remove patch for #769690 (integrated upstream).
* debian/source/include-binaries: remove, no longer necessary
* configure.ac: revert change to add option serial-tests to automake
  initialization. This was added when a previous version of ola kept
  failing on the bigendian architectures, but there is an environment
  variable VERBOSE that we can set to get the same diagnostics
  instead, so use that (and stop diverting from upstream on this
  part).

  - Remove the check for $RUN_DAEMON from both init scripts olad and

  - Add postrm scripts for packages ola & ola-rdm-tests to fully remove
    configuration files so that piuparts tests can pass

* Enable "serial-tests" automake option, to avoid issues in the test
  suite. This will also allow us to more easily figure out what went
  wrong in the test suite, should the build fail.
* Disable DummyPluginTester test, since it wants to link against
  KiNet, which no longer exists.
* Migrate to dh_python2 (from python-support)
