Fixed a typo from two releases ago that causes the player

* Remove executable bits from various files in the package such as
images, the Makefile and the COPYING file.
* Remove useless configure target from debian/rules.
* Add missing dh_compress, dh_installdocs.
* Update the description a bit.
* Add missing Python dependency.
* Put media stuff in /usr/share/mobile- player/ media, not /root.
* Update FSF address in debian/copyright.
* Make the package Arch: all, not Arch: any.
* Put architecture-independent files in /usr/share, not /usr/lib.
* Get the history from the home directory and stop having a
world-writable file in /usr/share.
