    fix two build issues.

  - Use 'dh_prep' rather than 'dh_clean -k'.
* debian/control:
  - Updated standards-version to 3.9.1.
  - Depend on debhelper (>=7) rather than (>=5) -- this is required for
    'dh_prep'.
