* New upstream release:
  o patches/06_113bits_floats.diff: removed, no longer needed
  o patches/07_raise_timeout.diff: removed, merged upstream
  o patches/02_fix_overflow_detection_on_non_x86.diff: new patch
    stolen from upstream, to fix DhbNumericalMethods test failure
    on non x86 platforms.
* Install missing gnutls-wrapper binary into /usr/lib/gnu-smalltalk. As a
  consequence, we now ship VFS helper scripts into /usr/lib/gnu-smalltalk.
* Build-depend on libgmp-dev instead of libgmp10-dev.

* debian/control: build depend on libsigsegv-dev >= 2.9-2.
* debian/control: build depend on libgmp10-dev instead of libgmp3-dev.
* debian/patches/06_long_double_64.diff: dropped. It's not fixing anything.
* debian/patches/07_raise_timeout.diff: raise test timeout to 10 minutes.
  Fixes SandstoneDb test on slow arches.
* debian/rules: print /proc/cpuinfo and /proc/meminfo
  at the beginning of build.
* debian/patches/06_113bits_floats.diff: fix 113 bits float, taken from
  upstream.
* debian/patches/99_autotools.diff: dropped; regenerate configure at build
  time...
* debian/control: ... hence build-depend on autoconf, automake, libtool and
  texinfo.
* debian/control: add Vcs-Git and Vcs-Browser information.
* debian/control: allow test failure for now.
