  - Fixes circular dependency problem with gmyth-upnp.
  - No longer requires repacking as upstream doesn't

  - Build with proper include diretory.
  - Drop workaround rename rules since upstream doesn't
    include debian/ anymore.
  - Drop workaround rule for 26mb gmyth.h since fixed
    upstream.
