* Resynchronize with Debian, remaining changes:
  - debian/patches/fixpythonincludedirs.patch look for Python headers in
    the correct directories.
  - debian/rules instead of specifying all python cmake variables,
    simply indicate to prefer the default python version.
  - debian/patches/disablepdfopt.patch: disable optimizing PDF files,
    pdfopt is not available in new GhostScript versions.
  - Build depend on libvtk5-dev, libvtk5-qt4-dev.
