* Convert package from obsolete pysupport to to dh_python2:
  - debian/control: Drop pysupport build dependency and bump python-all/cdbs
    build dependencies to the versions that support dh_python2.
  - debian/rules: Drop DEB_PYTHON_SYSTEM
  - Drop debian/pyversions and debian/pycompat, not needed any more.
