* debian/control:
  - Changed the dependency on scribus to Recommends on scribus or scribus-ng
    (Closes: #411036).
  - Updated standards-version to 3.7.2.

  autotools setup, and regenerated the orig.tar.gz file.
* debian/changelog: Changed the maintainer email to <email address hidden>.
* debian/control:

  - Changed the debhelper dependency to 5 to reflect the current
    compatibility level.
  - Updated the package description.
* debian/copyright:
  - All templates are now licensed under GPLv2 except for a few Public
    Domain templates, so the package can go into main.

  - Removed the erroneous scribus information.
* debian/compat: Set the compatibility level to 5.
