* Switch to quilt:
   - debian/control: Added a B-D on quilt.
   - debian/rules: Switched from simple-patchsys.mk to patchsys-quilt.mk.
   - debian/patches: 10_GNUmakefile.in_DESTDIR.patch renamed to
                     Makefile_DESTDIR_addition, and refreshed (offset: 1).
   - debian/patches/series: Added.
* Added “nostrip” option handling (Closes: #437082):
   - Added debian/patches/Makefile_STRIP_addition, which adds a STRIP
