  - Full source code for the build system.
* debian/copyright: add 6b1 upstream download URL.

    postponed.

  - Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.0.
* Get rid of dpatch system. Patches were only relevant to libjpeg-progs
  which is not build from this package anymore.
* Move to new source format 3.0 (quilt). Patches applied:
  - use-autotools-dev: Use autotools-dev version of config.sub/.guess.
  - extern_C-jpeglib.h: Wrap jpeglib.h with extern "C" {} if __cplusplus
    is defined.

* Non-maintainer upload.
* Band-Aid fix: Rolling back libjpeg8-transition, as this breaks
  many packages including kde. Closes: #569931 and a couple of
  user complaints

7. By Martin Pitt

* Reintroduce libjpeg-progs, so that it is built against libjpeg6b. It's too
  late to migrate to libjpeg7 in lucid. (LP: #537370)
* debian/rules: Force libjpeg-progs version to 7+really<source version>, so
  that it upgrades from the current 7-1 version. Once we upgrade to libjpeg8
  in the next Ubuntu release, this can just go away again.
