* Merge with Debian, remaining changes:
  - Keep transitional individual packages
  - Set KUBUNTU_DESKTOP_POT
  - Keep replaces for old plugin packages
* I've collapsed konqueror-plugin-searchbar back in to konq-plugins, as
  Konqueror is no longer our default browser and we no longer need to worry
  about CD space. This also resolves a diff against Debian.

  need and want the searchbar, not all of the plugins
  + Move its section in debian/control to more prominent position
  + Make konq-plugins depend on konqueror-plugin-searchbar

  + Make konqueror-plugin-searchbar replace konq-plugins << this version
