* Rename the source package to gnome-system-log.
* Drop non-gnome-system-log files, packages and build dependencies.

* Bump Build-Depends on libglib2.0-dev to (>= 2.31.0).
* Update watch file.
* Rename 01_logview_gksu.patch to 01_logview_pkexec.patch, since we use
  pkexec to start gnome-system-log, and not gksu.
* Rewrite and update debian/copyright using the new machine-readable
  format.
* Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.3.
