* New upstream release from openSUSE, which is compatible with our
syslinux again (LP: #118744).
* Remaining changes:
- Remove as-yet-unsatisfiable Recommends: grub-gfxboot.
- Suggest gfxboot-theme-ubuntu (before other themes).
- debian/patches/ 04_mkbootmsg_ asprintf. dpatch: Fix some non-exploitable
buffer overflows in mkbootmsg.
- debian/patches/ 05_mkbootmsg_ ctype.dpatch: Make sure to pass unsigned
chars to isspace(), per the C standard; not doing so can cause
problems on powerpc and other architectures.
* Build-depend on libfreetype6-dev instead of x-dev and libx11-dev.
* Remove debian/patches/ 01_x11libs. dpatch, no longer needed.
* Dropped debian/patches/ 06_getx11font_ endianness. dpatch as the code has
changed significantly and includes an incomprehensible add_bits function
which I have no idea how to make endian-safe or whether it even needs
it. Comments were invented for a reason!
* debian/patches/ 06_mkblfont_ bdf.dpatch: Try .bdf files in mkblfont.
