* xul-ext-esteid: Recommends browser-plugin-esteid down to Suggests.
  The XUL extension can be used standalone just to insert support for
  PKCS#11's one-pin module automagically into Mozilla browsers, which
  is useful to support other countries' national ID card.
  + browser-plugin-esteid already Depends upon xul-ext-esteid.
* Updated the package's description to address this generic feature.
