  - fix Build-Depends to match what's looked for in configure.ac.
  - add Build-Depends for libnm-glib-vpn-dev and libopenconnect-dev.
  - add Build-Depends for libssl-dev as required by libopenconnect-dev.
  - add Build-Depends for dh-autoreconf.
  - bump Standards-Version to 3.9.2.
* debian/compat: bump to compat level 8.
* debian/rules: convert to using the dh sequencer.
* debian/patches/message-dialog-gtk3.patch: fix incorrect use of
  gtk_message_dialog_new() for Gtk+ > 2.24.
* debian/rules: build against Gtk3.
* debian/source/format: specify this as a source format 3.0 (quilt) package.
* debian/network-manager-openconnect-gnome.install: the .glade UI definition
  file for the auth dialog is now nm-openconnect-dialog.ui.
* debian/network-manager-openconnect-gnome.install: only install the plugin's
  .so and .ui files.
* debian/network-manager-openconnect.postinst: modernize dbus reload to use
  the init script rather than dbus event scripts.
* debian/patches/nm-openconnect-service.name.patch: dropped: NM is now built
  slightly differently which makes this patch unnecessary.
