* Sync on git.debian.org/collab-maint/libtorrent-rasterbar.git:
 - debian/{control,rules}: Bump debhelper build-dep to (>= 7.4.10)
   and pass to dh in order to enable parallel build support.
 - debian/watch: Use googlecode.debian.net redirector.
