* debian/control: Update XS-Python-Version to >= 2.4. There were failures
  reported with Python2.3.

debian/control: Remove alternatives in Build-Depends-Indep. sbuild do not
support them. For backports, the python (>= 2.5) dependency can be
replaced by python-elementtree if python 2.5 is not available.
