    something using quilt by refering to the quilt README.source

* add dversionmangle to debian/watch file to ignore the .dfsg.NN suffix

* Fix a typo in the NEWS. Debian file for texlive-lang-polish (mentioned
  texlive-bin instead of texlive-lang)
* Rebuild the source package to minimize diff output between the
  version in etch and this version. This version does NOT relate to any
  automated build release from the svn depot but was created by putting
  the fix from -3 and -4 into the source of -2.
