    + Bump debhelper,python-{all-dev,central} build-deps as per New Python
      Policy.
    + Move po-debconf,python-central to Build-Depends-Indep.

  - debian/patches/01-fix_desktop_file.dpatch:
    + Fix the desktop file according as per spec.
