* Corrected sym link creation in debian/postinst. (LP: #533989)
* Added ampache.preinst to remove /etc/apache2/conf.d/ampache so the
   sym link name mismatch will not affect upgrades.
* Added purge check to debian/ampache.postrm so webserver will be restarted on
   remove and purge.
* Added additional checks in debian/postrm to remove both
  /etc/apache2/conf.d/ampache and /etc/apache2/conf.d/ampache.conf. this
  way the package is completely purged.

 * Added quilt to debian/control Build Depends section.
 * Added debian/patches
 * Added debian/patches/01_mysql_real_escape_string. mysql_escape_string() is
   depreciated and mysql_real_escape_string() should be used instead. This is
   needed to correct for a possible sql_injection vulnerability.
 * Changed debhelper to (>=7.0.50), this is needed for dh overrides.
 * Bumped Standards Version to 3.8.3 no changes needed.

Changed /modules/getid3/extension.cache.mysql.php to use
mysql_real_escape_string() instead of mysql_escape_string() which is now
depreciated. This is needed to correct a potential sql_injection
vulnerability. (LP: #454892)
