* Merge from debian unstable, Ubuntu remaining changes:
  - debian/rules:
    + Include /usr/share/python/python.mk.
    + Use py_sitename macro to get the name of the right {site,dist}-packages
      directory.
    + Append $(py_setup_install_args) macro to setup.py install args to
      install all python stuffs properly.
    + Use DH_PYCENTRAL=nomove option, installed modules differ between
      Python versions, so they can't be shared.
* debian/control: Bump-up debhelper build-dep (as per Python policy).
