debian/rules: Removed 'export DH_PYCENTRAL=nomove', that caused to install
the module in '/usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages/' instead of installing
it in '/usr/lib/python2.6/dist-packages/'. Fixes FTBFS. (LP: #398589)
