* Make symlinks of all common files between the wide and square themes.
* Rename the themes so that wide is the default and square is the extra.
* debian/control:
  - Depends on ttf-dejavu
  - Bump standards version.
* debian/copyright:
  - Update.
* Explicitly change all references from bitstream to dejavu.
* Don't include copies of dejavu, just symlinks.
* Remove extra COPYING file.

* Add Mythbuntu 9.10 theme.

* Adjust themeinfo.xml to reflect the name of Mythbuntu-9.10 instead of
  Mythbuntu 0.22. This allows us to do a new theme for 10.04 etc if we
  want.
* Drop depends on the project grayhem themes. This should be standalone
  now.
* Drop postinst and postrm. We can't support nice upgrades when MythTV
  versions jump too.
