* Turn sloppy locking on by default (closes: #481745). It can be disabled
  by setting the LIBXCB_DISABLE_SLOPPY_LOCK environment variable (to any
  value).

Add 100_sloppy_lock.diff, which reverses the locking logic, ie. sloppy
locking is the default. To disable that, set the environment variable
LIBXCB_DISABLE_SLOPPY_LOCK to any value. (LP: #87947)
