  - debian/control
    * Change section from 'libs' to 'java'.
    * Set 'Maintainer' to 'Debian Java Maintainers'.
    * Add myself to 'Uploaders'.
    * Bump standards version to 3.8.1. No changes required.
    * Add Vcs-* fields.
    * Add ${misc:Depends} to runtime dependencies.
