debian/patches/23_do-not-use-uri-with-wrong-serial-number.patch:
Assure that if there are two printers of the same model connected that the
two do not get confused. Do not assign the detected printer to a URI with
a different serial number.

debian/patches/20_do-not-create-cups-uris-artificially.patch: Do not
create CUPS URIs artificially any more, but always use the URIs
reported by the CUPS backends in discovery mode, as if the queues are
set up with slightly different URIs, the printers get not identified
on the USB and the jobs get stuck (LP: #348316).

debian/patches/17_no-printer-auto-install-if-no-plugin-with-hplip-3.9.2.patch:
Updated check whether proprietary HPLIP plugin is already installed so
that it also works with HPLIP 3.9.2 (LP: #347839, LP: #289410).

debian/patches/15_hal-lpadmin-fix-device-id-reading-find-configured-queues-by-same-method-for-plug-and-unplug.patch:
Fixed reading of the printer device ID (LP: #306301) and let hal_lpadmin
use the same method for finding already configured CUPS queues on plugging
and unplugging the printer (LP: #341646, LP: #139317).

* debian/patches/10_hal-lpadmin-use-always-usblp-hal-uris.patch: Handle

* debian/rules: Fixed typo.

* New upstream release
   o GIT snapshot from 17 February 2009 (upstream version 0.6.19).
   o If the added printer is the first one, make it the default printer.
   o USB handling improvements
   o Queue disabling when disconnecting a printer is more reliable now,
     especially HP printers which need firmware files do not get disabled
     immediately after connecting them now.
   o Print queues are now only set up automatically if there is an exact
     driver match and in case of HP printers no proprietary plugin needs
     to get downloaded.Otherwise a notification pops up and the user can
     set up and tyhe user can set up the printer interactively with
     system-config-printer.
   o bug fixes.
* debian/patches/01_interpreter_path.patch: Regenerated.
* debian/rules: Let only low-level USB (not the "usblp" kernel module)
  trigger hal_lpadmin, so that it does not get started twize on the same
  new printer.
* debian/control: This version of hal-cups-utils needs at least
  python-cupshelpers 1.1.3+git20090217.

debian/control: Updated maintainer field.

* New upstream release
   o GIT snapshot from 28 July 2008
   o hal_lpadmin works now with and without the "usblp" kernel module and
     also with libusb-based CUPS backends which uncouple printers from the
     "usblp" kernel module.
* debian/patches/02_no_usblp.patch: Removed, applied upstream.
* debian/patches/01_interpreter_path.patch: Regenerated.

15. By Till Kamppeter

* debian/patches/02_no_usblp.patch: Make hal_lpadmin working with and
  without the "usblp" kernel module and also with libusb-based CUPS
  backends which uncouple printers from the "usblp" kernel module
  ("hp" backend of HPLIP, "usb" backend of CUPS 1.4). Now also queues
  of HPLIP-driven printers get disabled when the printer is turned off.
  This implements upstream feature request #1
  (https://fedorahosted.org/hal-cups-utils/ticket/1).
* debian/control: Added python-usb (Python bindings for libusb) to
  the dependencies.
