* Explicitly depend on itcl3.1 (closes: Bug#238645). Apparently,
  iwidgets3.1 depends on the virtual package itkwish, which is provided
  by both itk3.0 and itk3.1, which in turn depend on itcl3.0 and
  itcl3.1, respectively. So there are two ways of satisfying this
  dependency, adding itcl3.1 forced the usage of the working
  alternative.

* Conflict with itcl3. If installed, it is preferred over the older
  version itcl3.1 and crashes fv.
