* Drop defer_syslibs_bumps_to_sru.patch - this was inherited
  from FF3.5, and is currently the only branch carrying this patch. The
  patch doesn't make much sense now we build with bundled libraries, and
  there is no guarantee now that those old library versions would be
  sufficient to do a build now anyway. In addition to that, we still
  check for the version of cairo required by upstream in debian/rules,
  despite this patch
