* debian/rules: adjust paths of ltmain.sh and libtool.m4, fix FTBFS.
* debian/control: remove network-manager-vpnc, network-manager-openvpn,
  network-manager-pptp from network-manager-kde Recommends field; they
  currently do not work at all, and once they do, they will be pulled in by
  network-manager directly.
