  (Closes: #227346). Corrected mistake in source to cinterface.pdf
  found in the blas-report.tgz file on upstream website, recompiled, and
  modified rules to overwrite with the new version.

* No special g77-3.3/sparc rules
* Remove hppa patch, no longer necessary
