configure.ac: When checking for if_packet.h and linux/netlink.h,
additionally #include sys/un.h and sys/types.h since these are required
with the i386 version of linux-libc-dev. Do the same fix to ./configure
(Running autoconf produces a scary diff). Fixes FTBFS on i386.

so that the inclusion and the test actually succeeds on sparc and i386,
