  Swap 'included also' in description of libgii-dev.
* Rules: add path debian/libgii0/usr/lib to dh_shlibdeps call.
* Changelog: Merge NMU (1:0.6-1.2) entry (closes: #87465).
* Add new manpages to section 9.
* Drop Changelog.1999 from docs, add TODO to docs.
