* New upstream release
  - Bugfixes:
    - Add missing license headers to some files for Debian inclusion
    - Compile fixes
    - Aspect ratio fixes
  - Notes:
    - Channelsuite plugin disabled. I have no time to maintain the suites.
* debian/control:
  - improved package description
  - suggest kdelirc
  - added libxv-dev to Build-Depends
  - removed conflicts/replaces for kdetv-common as it was never part of real
  debian
  - bumped standards version to 3.7.2.0
* debian/copyright (based on the work of Sune Vuorela):
  - corrected homepage
  - explicitly state which parts of the code are covered by which licence
  - added GFDL licence
* Use debhelper 5 compat level
* Moved to the pkg-kde packaging framework:
  - added debian/cdbs
  - added debian/patches/common (had to run update.sh to update autotools
  and libtool diff)
  - had to add a patch to fix autoconf 2.6 detection in admin/cvs.sh
  - created buildprep.diff with create-buildprep (I had to change the script
  to use cp -r instead of cp -lr for creating the copy of the original, and
  had to remove *.gmo files that somehow got generated during
  Makefile.common dist run)
* Added lintian file to suppress warnings that the library sonames do not
  match the package name (that applies only to library packages)
* First upload to debian (Closes: #284039)
