* SRU to fix mayavi2 not starting up when python-wxgtk2.8 is installed
  (LP: #241352). Thanks to Gael Varoquaux for the patch:
  - enthought.pyface/enthought/pyface/tvtk/api.py: drop import of simple_scene
  - enthought.pyface/examples/simple_scene.py: drop import of simple_scene
    and add warning about using mayavi with wxpython2.8

* debian/rules:
  - Update SITE_PACKAGES to match new python-central directory
    structure. Fixes FTBFS (LP: #204895).
  - Remove nspkg.pth files in python-install target instead of
    binary-predeb target, to prevent installation errors.
  - Do not remove /usr/lib, this is now handled by python-central.
* debian/control:
  - Bump minimum version of python-central to 0.6.
  - Modify Maintainer value to match the DebianMaintainerField
    specification.
