* New upstream release, due to alsa-lib 1.0.16 update, adding
  symbols needed by alsa-plugins. (LP: #221673)
* Dropped the following patches, applied upstream:
  - pulse-assert.diff
  - pulse-buffer_attr.diff
  - pulse-minmax.diff
  - pulse-state_xrun.diff
* pulse_correct_maxlength.patch & pulse_return_if_stream_null.patch:
  - Patches from Debian to correctly set the maximum buffer length when
    initializing audio parameters, and return 0 if the pcm stream == NULL
    when starting communication with the pulse server, respectively.
* Build-depend on alsa-lib >= 1.0.16.
