* Add Homepage hint to long description.
* Improve watch file:
  + Add comment on its use.
  + Bump to version 3.
  + Tighten regexp: allow only digits, and escape dots in extensions.
* Improve cdbs tweaks:
  + Add local snippet copyright-check.mk: Scan source for (c) changes.
  + Add local snippet auto-update.mk: Enable auto-update feature.
  + Add local snippet buildinfo.mk: Include env info with binary pkgs.
* Use build-depends (not build-depends-indep). build-depends-indep has
  no real use according to note in Debian Policy 7.6, and is badly
  supported by cdbs.
* Bump to standards-version 3.7.2.
* Recode debian/copyright as UTF-8.
* Improve patch handling:
  + Renumber patches, and add README documenting new numbering scheme.
  + Use patchsys-quit (not simple-patchsys).
  + Store added/updated locales (added in 2.21-2) as explicit patches.

* Udate and correct standards-version to 3.6.1 (no changes needed).
  This closes: Bug#210395.
* Remove Debian origin from debian/copyright (it is contained in
  debian/changelog).
* More clearly note upstream author and origin in debian/copyright.

* New upstream version.
* Friendly takeover (Thanks, Piotr!): Change Maintainer field.
* Favor dependency on libgd-noxpm-perl to libgd-perl.
* Repackage using dbs (stealing from hello-dbs) and build-depend on
  dbs and debhelper.
* Drop entities patch included upstream.
* Small corrections to the (small) manpage.
* Exclude licenses of other software packages from the html
  documentation, and remove the link to them (but keep the text
  itself) in license.html.
* Update and clarify debian/copyright.
* I have not experienced the described problems myself and believe
  version 2.11 and newer versions to have corected them (no major
  related changes to the packaging). Please reopen the bugreport if
  any of the described problems still occurs. This closes: Bug#130141
  - rmagic should work out of the box.
* This is (possibly) a bug of the packaging system, not this package:
  Packages do not (or should not) show up in Woody with unmet
  dependencies. Closes: Bug#113977, Bug#129767.
* Ackowledge my own NMUs. Closes: Bug#125319, 120927.
