Fix FTBFS due to definition name change.
pngcrush.c : rename HANDLE_CHUNK_ALWAYS, HANDLE_CHUNK_IF_SAFE and
HANDLE_CHUNK_NEVER to PNG_HANDLE_CHUNK_ALWAYS, PNG_HANDLE_CHUNK_IF_SAFE
and PNG_HANDLE_CHUNK_NEVER respectively. Fix by
